Simply book your service online, send us your jacket using the provided instructions, and we’ll clean, reproof, and return it ready for your next adventure.

Turnaround is typically 5–10 working days, depending on demand and season.

Do you clean Gore-Tex jackets?
Yes. We are experienced in cleaning and reproofing Gore-Tex and other waterproof breathable membranes using specialist processes designed to protect their performance.
What don’t you clean?
We don’t currently service waxed or cotton jackets. If you’re unsure, feel free to drop us a message.
Will this repair damage to my jacket?
No, our service restores performance but doesn’t repair physical damage like tears or worn fabric.
Sending & Returns
Do I need to clean my jacket before sending it?
No, just give it a quick shake or brush off any excess dirt and send it in.
How should I package my jacket?
Place it in the supplied bag and treat it like a valued item.
Do I get a postage label?
Yes, we’ll guide you through sending your item once you’ve booked your service.

What is reproofing?
Reproofing restores your jacket’s water resistance so rain beads off instead of soaking into the fabric.
How often should I reproof my jacket?
Usually every 1–2 seasons, depending on use. If water stops beading, it’s time.
What products do you use?
We use specialist Grangers® detergents and reproofing treatments designed for performance outdoor fabrics.
Will cleaning damage my jacket?
No, our process is specifically designed for technical garments.
